Right to Repair information and ways to take action

Our industry relies heavily on the right to repair, and we urge you to advocate for the inclusion of heavy-duty vehicles in HR 906.


In the upcoming weeks, the House Energy and Commerce Committee will consider HR 906, and it is crucial that we ensure its passage. We would like to draw your attention to two proposed amendments: HR 906 BUCSHON OF INDIANA and HR 906 PENCE OF INDIANA (Excluding Commercial Vehicles) that, if accepted, would exclude heavy-duty vehicles from the legislation.
