  • Can you pick up parts or do I send them to you?

    We can arrange to have your parts shipped to us. Reach out to our purchasing agent for details.

  • Can I personally deliver parts to you?

    Yes, you’re welcome to bring your parts to us.  Our receiving department accepts deliveries between 8 am and 4 pm Monday thru Friday EST.  An appointment is preferred, reach out to our purchasing agent to schedule a time.

  • How do I get paid?

    Once your parts are received and inspected our purchasing agent will reach out to you to arrange payment.  We pay by check; however, ACH or wire transfers are available. (fees may apply)

  • Would you buy parts that aren’t listed on your website?

    Yes, we’re interested in hearing about any heavy-duty diesel parts you have, our buying needs are constantly changing. 


  • How can I tell if my parts meet your criteria?

    We have certain criteria that needs to be met for us to buy your parts.  Typically, parts that have extended weather exposure, are burnt or broken may not qualify for full value.  Contact our purchasing agent for details or click here for an artcle on this topic.


  • Can I talk to someone after hours?

    Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 8 am – 5 pm EST.  You can also submit your inquiry anytime, and a team member will reach out to you on our next business day

  • Are your prices listed on the website guaranteed?

    We strive to keep our website pricing up to date, however with changing demands our pricing is subject to change anytime without prior notice.
