Policy

• All cores must be in the same condition as it was removed. No rough handling or fire damage will be accepted.
• All cores are subject to inspection and approval for quality prior to remittance of core fees to customer.
• All cores must match the cores purchased (model, year & style) – Unless prior approval is received.
• All cores must be sent back within 30 days to qualify for a full credit.
• No cores will be accepted, or fees returned without this form included in package. The form must be filled out completely and signed after reading and fully understanding the affidavit at the bottom of this page.
